Painting Class
Miriam Gibbs will be teaching her painting class starting July 9th,
running for 6 weeks on Wednesdays from 9 am to noon.

Computer Help
A new program which will be listed on the calendar as "Computer Help" will be offered during the summer. Mary Kaminski will be available by appointment on Monday afternoons from 12:00 till 2:00 to help with problems that users of the Windows operating systems may be having.
Past students from the "Baby Steps" classes here at the senior center as well as any senior who needs help with some computer problem may find this useful.

We are compiling lists of local seniors who need assistance with rides to appointments and/or local grocery stores.
Please call the center if you would like to be added to our list.


Supplies Needed
Walkers, canes, crutches, bath safety supplies, adult diapers and other medical aids
offered to those in need.

The White Lake Area Golden Age Pass entitles persons over 62 to receive one free enrichment class (up to $50.00) from White Lake Community Education per brochure. The pass also provides free admission to Montague and Whitehall home athletic events.
You may obtain your pass from the White Lake Senior Center.

The purposes of the White Lake Senior Center are:

Plan, develop and facilitate programs and activities for the enhancement of health and economic needs of the aging.
Plan, develop, and provide meeting places for the enhancement of social and recreational activities for seniors.
Promote and safeguard the independence and well being of senior citizens of the White Lake area.
Provide information and make referrals for seniors to various service organizations within the community.
Cooperate with existing agencies in the development of needed resources for seniors.
